2014 The Pull
This is our fifth vintage for this Merlot-based blend, which also contains Cabernet Sauvignon (28%), Petit Verdot (17%), Cabernet Franc (8%) and Malbec (7%).
Fruit for our red blend comes from Osoyoos and Naramata. The 2014 vintage is a rich wine, aged 19 months in 40% new and 60% neutral French oak. It has an intense nose of black cherry, plum, blackberry and baking spice with a hint of tobacco, all echoed on the palate.
While drinking now, our full bodied 2014 vintage will get even better with time. This wine is best paired with red meat, especially grilled or roasted lamb.
