legal requirements
Our website is not intended for people under the BC legal drinking age of 19, or the legal drinking age of the province from which you may be ordering our products. We do not seek or knowingly collect any personal information from or about individuals under the legal drinking age. You must be of legal drinking age to order or receive alcoholic beverages from Nagging Doubt Winery. PURCHASING AND PAYMENT
All transactions are in Canadian dollars. Online orders are by credit card only. No minimum purchase is required.
SHIPPING
Due to the ever-changing nature of Canadian wine shipping laws, we may be able to ship wines, directly or indirectly. Shipping costs are determined by our chosen carriers, and may fluctuate based on quantity, weight, and destination.
Wine is a perishable commodity that is subject to temperature extremes: weather may adversely affect the condition of your wine during shipment. Nagging Doubt Winery is not responsible for, and will not replace, wine that is damaged by weather conditions during shipment. Once the wine has been picked up by the carrier for shipment, it becomes the responsibility of the purchaser.
RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS
At Nagging Doubt, we stand by our products. We will replace any wine that is damaged or flawed. We ask that the customer return the unfinished portion of the original bottle for replacement. Please contact us at info@naggingdoubt.com or (250) 764-0610 to arrange for the return. As noted in our Shipping section, above, we are unable to accept returns of any wine that is damaged due to adverse weather conditions. Nor will we accept returns of any wine that is ordered in error. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any other reason, we can’t make any promises, but contact us and we’ll discuss it.
